We're sorry to hear you haven't received your labels. As you ordered in the evening, we despatched them the following day by first class Royal Mail. However, we are finding, at this time, that some deliveries are taking longer than usual, but they do nearly all arrive within seven working days.

I have not yet received my childrens labels...
I have not yet received my childrens labels. I am assuming it’s stuck in the postal strike

We're sorry to hear your labels haven't arrived. There have been three strike days since your order was despatched so it will have been caught up in the backlog. We have continued to despatch all orders every working day, when Royal Mail have been collecting, but unfortunately, some orders are taking a lot longer than usual to arrive. This is not something we have any control over and we thank all our customers for their patience and understanding at this time.

Brilliant stickers that actually stay on clothes, shoes, lunch boxes and water bottles. This is our second year buying them, they are our firm favourites!

I don't know if you've changed something but...
I don't know if you've changed something but these labels used to be great. Now they're terrible. Come off in the wash constantly. Hugely frustrating as they aren't cheap. Won't be buying again.

Name stickers have all come off in the washing machine. 1st wash. Very disappointed.

The label starts peeling off after the first...
The label starts peeling off after the first wash. Very disappointed. Now I have to spend more money to get other type of labels.

The labels have come off after washing, and...
The labels have come off after washing, and the ones that have stayed on have worn away and I can't see the writing. He has been at school for 7 days. Highly disappointed especially when they were £6.50

I was really excited about these stickers but...
I was really excited about these stickers but sadly most have come loose in the wash and now I am haviñg to iron some in and use permanent marker

I have just come to washing my children's...
I have just come to washing my children's school uniform at the end of there first week back to school and all stickin labels have fallen off!!!! I brought these lables as school recommended them. I have 3 children I perchaused lables for so this wasn't adsactly cheap. Not a happy customer. Mrs Berry

I found the stamp really hard to get...
I found the stamp really hard to get a clear result for. The ink smudges as well which has meant I've now had to order name tapes to cover them over at additional expenses. Very disappointed, an expensive mistake. I would have rated 0 if it had been an option.

I bought these as recommended by my child's...
I bought these as recommended by my child's school in a booklet I received from them, having applied the labels to all my child's school uniform I proceeded to wash and dry them ready for when she starts school, however by the time I'd taken them out of the tumble dryer all the labels were nowhere to be seen! Don't know if I've had a bad batch but pretty gutted as was hoping to not have to buy sew in labels. I had a feeling these would be too good to be true and unfortunately I was right.

Really disappointed by these, they did not stick...
Really disappointed by these, they did not stick onto clothes. This has unfortunately led to the loss of unnamed school clothing :(

We're very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your labels, but we are wondering if you have stuck them onto the wash-care label, as per the instructions. As adhesives react differently to different fabrics it is impossible for us to guarantee that they will stick to the garments themselves. All our testing has been done on the wash-care labels so this is where the labels need to be stuck. Stuck all the labels on my daughters new...
Stuck all the labels on my daughters new school uniform, but when she was trying everything on before hanging away the labels came off straight, very disappointed.
