Yes, today is Towel Day – a tribute to Douglas Adams, author of the Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy. For our part, we thought we’d celebrate by putting together our very own guide – on how to order name labels online.

With Stikins ® name labels, you can keep track of all your family’s stuff. Our multipurpose name labels simply stick on and stay on so you can label clothing, school uniform, P.E. kits, equipment, and all sorts of personal belongings. And yes, they can also be used to label towels – so you too can always know where your towel is.

How To Order Name Labels Online… Pick Your Packs

Next, you pick your packs and the personalisation you want on each.

You can choose to have one or two lines of text. The default option is two lines and we recommend sticking with this – unless your personalisation needs fewer than 15 characters in total.

You CAN enter up to 22 characters per line – we recommend using 15-20. Leave a line blank by using the space bar on your keyboard to enter a blank space. We can print standard alphanumeric characters (A-Z, a-z, 0-9), basic punctuation marks, and a selection of accented characters (visit our FAQs page to see which characters are available). Unfortunately, we cannot print images (including emoji) or characters from non-English alphabets.

Next you pick your pack size. Stikins ® name labels are available in packs of 30, 60, 90, or 120 name labels. If you need even more name labels with this particular personalisation, you can increase the quantity of this pack.

If you are ordering further packs with different personalisation, simply repeat this process for each name/text.

We currently give a 10% discount to all customers who order three or more packs. Ideal, if you need to order, say, forty two packs…

At the bottom of the page, there is a box to enter a School Fundraising Number. We run a school fundraising scheme that allows schools and PTAs to raise money by earning commission on sales of name labels. If your school is signed up, enter their number here to contribute to their fundraising total.

Next, you enter your contact, billing, and delivery information. Check the option to add a different delivery address if you want your order to be delivered to an address that is different from your billing address.

How To Order Name Labels Online… Pay The Price (of your order)

When you order name labels online you can either pay with a debit/credit card or use your PayPal account. The prices on our website are inclusive of VAT and delivery. Our standard delivery service uses Royal Mail’s first class service and is free of charge. This is not a guaranteed service; while most items are delivered next day, it can take up to five working days for your order to arrive. You can upgrade to a next day delivery service for an additional shipping fee. This service guarantees delivery by 1pm on the next working day.

Check ALL of the details of your order before you checkout. Make sure you have entered the correct email (or you won’t receive any confirmation emails from us) and the correct address (or you won’t receive your name labels!). Stikins ® labels are a personalised product, which means you need to check the personalisation you have requested VERY CAREFULLY. We will print EXACTLY what you have entered – mistakes (if any) and all.

If you forget to check your details, you can view them on the final confirmation page after you checkout and in your confirmation email. If you do find a mistake you need to let us know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We make and despatch orders as quickly as possible (and, while we don’t have an infinite improbability drive, we are pretty quick!). As a result, you need to let us know about mistakes quickly so we can amend your order before it’s printed.
