What payment methods are available?
We offer a variety of payment options depending on how you choose to order your name labels:
- Ordering Online: you can pay by debit card or credit card, use your Paypal account, or checkout using Apple Pay.
- Ordering By Phone: you can pay by debit card or credit card.
We also accept orders directly from schools, nurseries, children's groups, and nursing and residential care homes who wish to order on behalf of students, staff, members, or residents. These groups and organisations can request a Proforma Invoice (by email or by phone), which can be paid using a debit card or credit card, cheque or postal order (made payable to "Label Planet Ltd"), or by BACS transfer. We can also accept payment via PayPal; please let us know if you want to pay using a PayPal account so we can get a payment request sent through to you.
Online payments are handled by our payment gateway providers (Stripe and Paypal) and your data is encrypted and transmitted using industry standard security protocols. We do not see or store any account/card details during or after your online transaction.
