What font size will be used to print my school name labels?

The font size is determined by how many characters you request.

Our system counts your characters and then picks the largest font size that will allow your text to fit on your name labels. You can request 22 characters per line; we recommend 15-18 to get the best possible font size.

Our online order form includes "Print Preview" window, which gives you an approximation of what your personalised name labels will look like when they are printed.

What font do you use on your personalised name labels?

We use a font called CG Triumverate, which we print in a black colour and a bold emphasis. We feel this creates a font that is really clear and easy to read on your personalised name labels.

How many characters can I fit on each line?

You can request up to 22 characters per line; we recommend a maximum of 18 to get the best possible font size. If you require 12 or fewer characters in total, including spaces, (e.g. "Barney Young") you can use the one line layout to get a larger font size.
If you need to include more detailed information, we can manually split personalisation over three lines. You will need to order by phone OR add a note as you checkout to request a three line layout.
