A Post-Easter Update On Despatch & Delivery From Stikins Name Labels

We are back in the office after our extended Easter Break and we do remain open as usual. Here’s a quick fire guide to our despatch and delivery information for orders of name labels, along with all of the ways that you can get in touch with us (and all the ways we’ll stay in touch with you!)

Despatch & Delivery Information For Stikins Name Labels

We continue to operate as usual and are accepting orders online, by phone, and by post.

We print name labels every day at 3pm, Monday to Friday, which means that we continue to despatch all orders received by 3pm (Mon-Fri) same day. Orders placed after 3pm or over the weekend despatch on the next working day.

Standard delivery is free and uses Royal Mail’s first class service. At this time, Royal Mail are dealing with an increased demand on their services as more people turn to online retailers and so first class items may experience a delay. As a result, we are advising customers that it may take up to seven working days for their name labels to arrive.

If your name labels haven’t arrived by this time, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.

We also offer a special delivery service; this is the Royal Mail’s special delivery guaranteed service, which costs £6.30. Royal Mail have advised us that they are no longer able to guarantee next day delivery by 1pm. Instead, they will aim to deliver these items on the next working day by 9pm.

Please note: orders with a value of £36+ are sent via Royal Mail’s Signed for service for additional security. At the moment, Royal Mail have confirmed that any item placed on a service that requires a signature (this includes the Signed For and Special Delivery Guarantee services that we use) will not require the customer to sign for the item themselves. The postal worker delivering the item will place the item on your doorstep and knock at your door; they will stand back while you collect your item and will enter your name on their hand-held devices to confirm that your item has been delivered.
