A Despatch & Delivery Update From Stikins Name Labels

The Stikins office is open for business. Here's a quick update on our despatch and delivery terms for orders of name labels.

Stikins Name Labels – Despatch & Delivery For March & April

Currently we are still open and operating as normal. We are closely following government guidance and will update our operations as needed when things change. For now, we will continue to despatch & deliver orders of name labels as follows:

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday BEFORE 3pm: these name labels will be despatched same day.
  • Orders placed after 3pm and over the weekend: these name labels will be despatched on the next working day.

We use Royal Mail’s first class service as standard and this delivery service is free. Usually, around 93% of first class post is delivered next day, with the rest arriving over the next couple of days – although it can take up to five working days to arrive.

At the moment, Royal Mail are experiencing an increase in items being delivered as more people are switching to online shopping. This means that items may take a little longer to arrive – so we would ask that customers allow seven working days for orders to arrive. After this time, please get in touch to let us know that your name labels have not arrived.

We also offer a Special Delivery service, which costs £6.30; this service uses the Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed service and USUALLY guarantees delivery by 1pm on the next working day.

Royal Mail have informed us that they are no longer able to guarantee this level of service. Going forward, any items that are placed on this service will be prioritised and Royal Mail will AIM to deliver them by 1pm or before the end of the next working day.

Stikins Name Labels – Opening Times For March & April

For the moment, our office hours continue to be Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. You can contact our customer service team by phone (01270 668076) or by email (info@labelplanet.co.uk). Orders can be placed online, by phone, or by post (using one of our order forms).

We are intending to close as usual for our annual extended Easter Break at 5pm on Thursday 9th April. We will then re-open as usual at 9am on Monday 20th April – on the condition that our circumstances and government advice have not changed.

Should there be any changes, we will notify customers via our website and social media pages.
