Production News: Happy New Year & A Quick Despatch & Delivery Update For 2021!
We are back in the office and we would like to wish you all a very happy new year! Yes, it is 2021 and to kick things off, here’s a quick recap of our despatch and delivery information. Read on to find out when your name labels will arrive, whether you ordered before, during, or after Christmas.
I Ordered Name Labels Before Christmas
We have printed and posted all orders placed before 3pm on Wednesday 23rd December.
You should have received two emails. The first email confirms that your order was successful, while the second confirms it was despatched.
Remember to check your spam/junk folder, just in case! If you can't see our emails, please contact our Customer Service Team. You may have entered your email address wrong or there may have been an issue with your order.
We ask that you wait to see if your order arrives this week. First class mail is not a guaranteed next day delivery option and is subject to delays around Christmas. If you do not receive your order by Friday, please contact us for help.
I Ordered Name Labels During Christmas
If you ordered name labels after 3pm on Wednesday 23rd December, we will get your order posted out this afternoon. Your order will be posted by Royal Mail’s first class service.
If you’ve made an error with your order details, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible so we can correct the error before despatching your order.
I Want To Order Name Labels Now
Brilliant! We are back to printing and posting name labels according to our normal despatch and delivery terms.
Orders received by 3pm during the week (that’s Monday to Friday) will be printed and posted on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, over the weekend, or on a Bank Holiday are printed and posted on the next working day.
We use Royal Mail’s first class service as standard. Most first class items arrive next day but, as this is not a guaranteed service, your order may take up to five working days to arrive.
