Was pleasantly surprised by these - very quick delivery and very easy to use. My only complaint would be I'd like to be able to change more details like font and colour, but for the price and speed I'm not going to argue!

This is the second time I've ordered name labels, I am impressed how fast and efficient your service is. The labels are fantastic, when stuck into clothing they wash nice and do not come undstuck.

I have had them before and ordered more as I had run out - so that is my vote of confidence. They do what they say and last well particularly on clothes. I have used them on lunch boxes and drinks bottles too but they don't survive the dishwasher so well - but then they don't claim to.

Really disappointed by these, they did not stick...
Really disappointed by these, they did not stick onto clothes. This has unfortunately led to the loss of unnamed school clothing :(

We're very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your labels, but we are wondering if you have stuck them onto the wash-care label, as per the instructions. As adhesives react differently to different fabrics it is impossible for us to guarantee that they will stick to the garments themselves. All our testing has been done on the wash-care labels so this is where the labels need to be stuck. Very easy to use, clear names and it saves me time writing the names on the clothes, which can come off in the wash. These labels stay on through extensive washing and my children have never lost items at school.

Disappointed! After reading reviews, I was extremely hopeful about this product as my son is starting school and labelling is a MUST. All of the labels placed on machine washables such as trousers and shirts all came off after the first wash - machine washed at 40 On a lighter note, labels placed on school bags and hand washed goods such as water bottles... etc still hanging on.

I was shocked at how fast the labels...
I was shocked at how fast the labels arrived! I orderedatabout 11am on Monday and they had arrived in the post the next morning. They are very neat labels. I've not had time to put them to the test yet. Only wish they were a bit more interesting for my 5 year old.
