The labels arrived promptly enabling me to label all my mothers clothes at her new nursing home. If they work as well as expected i will order more to label more items in the future.

Excellent customer service. I had an email the same day as I ordered to say they had been dispatched, and they arrived in the post the next morning. They stick to clothes and shoes very well. I have not yet washed them, but have friends who use them and say they are very good.

Firstly, I thought I'd ordered white labels but I got silver ones instead. Not the end of the world, I thought, but within a few days off applying a couple of them I find the name is rubbing off fast. I'm not terribly impressed.

STIKINS were recommended to me by a friend and I can not get over their usefulness. They can stick to everything! I feel that they have help my son prepare for 'big school' and saved me hours of sewing or ironing on previous labels. I have been recommending your brand ever since!

We have had my sons label in his hat for about a month and now his name is rubbing off leaving just a white sticker! I bought these as it said it would last 40 washes!

  We're very sorry to hear you are having problems with your name labels. We are aware that some adult formulations of suncream can have an effect on the print on our labels. As the label in question is in a hat, this is probably the cause of the ink coming off. We are actively working on a solution to this problem, in the meantime you can always contact us for further advice. To be honest I can't really review the labels as I haven't got them yet. For some unfathomable reason they need to be signed for on delivery. Not sure why as they aren't exactly a high value item and they are small enough to be put through a letterbox. Like most people I work so wasn't in when postman arrived. Now I have the inconvenience of trying to get to the sorting office in the next town and their opening hours are really restrictive. It's annoying and unnecessary to require a signature for a low value item that can be posted through a letterbox.

  We're sorry for the inconvenience caused by our use of Royal Mail's "Signed For" service for your order. It is company policy to use this service for orders with a value of over £34 to give more security. If this is going to cause a problem, customers can request a different delivery address when they place their order.
