  We're really sorry to hear this, Janine and are somewhat puzzled as to why your labels are coming off in the wash. They do have to be applied to the wash-care label and pressed down firmly to make sure the adhesive bonds fully; if the labels are stuck anywhere else on the garment, this would explain why they have come off. I have been using stickin labels since my son was in reception and is now in Y2. what i like about them is that they stick on very well and are able to withstand the washing without fading or coming off. It's an excellent product.

Love these name labels - they come in super quick time, are super easy to apply and last all year! I just use surname so all three kids are covered in one go and I can use it for my stuff too!

This is my second order for Stikins. They are so easy to use and have had no problems with them coming off clothes/gadgets .. washable. Also when I came to take them off old school uniform so I could donate to charity they peeled off easily ...superb product !

Ever since the birth of our first child, we have dreaded the annual naming of the uniform and additional items. However, with Stikins it has become so easy. We even get the children involved. Keep up the great work!!

These are just the best name labels. Long gone are the days when you used to put the labelling job off until the last minute - takes 5 minutes to do. So quick and easy to order on the website too. Highly recommend.
