While the majority of our name labels are purchased via our website, we know that there are some customers who prefer to avoid the online shopping experience, for a whole variety of reasons.
For customers who don’t want to or can’t use our website, we are happy to accept orders over the phone, by post, or by email.
To Order By Phone:
Simply give us a call on 01270 668076 to place your order over the phone.
Payment is by credit or debit card – but please note that we cannot accept American Express.
If you need any advice on choosing the best name labels for you and your family, we’ll be more than happy to talk you through the options available when you call.
To Order By Post:
Simply fill in the order form on the back of our leaflets and post it to us at Unit 2, Alvaston Business Park, Middlewich Road, Nantwich, Cheshire, CW5 6PF, along with a cheque.
Leaflets are sent out with each order we fulfil, are supplied free of charge to schools and groups who have joined our commission scheme, and a copy can be downloaded from our website.
Of course, you can always simply write us a letter containing the details of the item(s) you want to order if you wish!

To Order By Email:
Simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know the product(s) you want to order, the name(s) you want printing, and the delivery address.
You will be issued with a proforma invoice against which you can make payment via bank transfer, cheque, or over the phone with a credit/debit card.
We find that this option is best if you don’t have a credit/debit card for payment, if you need to submit an order via your Finance Department, or if you want to order in bulk for a large group. For bulk or group orders, please submit the names you need printing in an Excel spreadsheet, with the first names in the first column and the surnames in the second column.
