Delivery

Orders are despatched same day Monday to Friday, up to 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm, over the weekend, or during holidays (i.e. Christmas, Easter, and Bank Holidays) are despatched on the next working day. If you order online, you will be given an expected despatch date as you checkout, while our Customer Service Team can let you know when your order will be despatched if you order by phone.

We use Royal Mail’s first class service, which is not a guaranteed next day service.

Almost all first class post arrives within seven working days.

Until recently, Royal Mail have delivered 93% of first class post on the next working day. Figures released in May suggest that this rate is currently more like 75%, so we advise that orders can take up to seven working days to arrive.

Yes; simply enter your billing address first and then check the box to enter a different shipping address.

Sorry but we are only able to deliver orders to UK addresses. We do, however, have a sister company called Madebuy; they supply Stikins ® name labels via Amazon and eBay and offer shipping to a number of countries worldwide.

We use C5 envelopes, which will fit through any standard letter box. Orders of £50+ are put on the Royal Mail's signed for first class service for additional security. This service requires a signature on delivery, as does our special delivery service. If no one is available to sign for your order, it will be taken to your local Post Office Collection Point (and a "While You Were Out" card should be left for your attention). If you aren't sure if you will be available to sign for your labels, you can request delivery to an alternative address.
