Competition Rules

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR STIKINS ® NAME LABELS COMPETITIONS

  1. Label Planet Ltd competitions are open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except employees of Label Planet Ltd and their immediate families.
  2. Label Planet Ltd is the promoter of competitions on the stikins.co.uk and labelplanet.co.uk websites and other sites which are owned by Label Planet Ltd.

Entry Process

  1. Entry to competitions is made by following the instructions on the website competition page; this will include a personal email address for notification of winners.
  2. Competitions start and end as per the dates on the competition page at 23.59 GMT. Label Planet reserves the right to extend competitions for up to 3 months.
  3. Entry is limited to one entry per person; each person must supply a unique email address. If two or more individuals use the same email address, the first entry received from that email address will be the valid entry.
  4. No purchase is necessary to enter.

Eligibility of Entries

  1. Only entries that follow the required entry process will be considered. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete or corrupted entries or entries that fail to reach the Promoter.
  2. No bulk, third party, or organised group entries will be permitted. 



The Winning Entries 


  1. By entering this competition you consent that, if you win, your first name and town may be published on our site and on social media. The promoter must seek further permission to disclose any further details and this is at the discretion of the entrant, who has the right to refuse.
  2. Winners will be notified by email and are required to respond to the email within 3 weeks of notification in order to confirm acceptance and arrange receipt of their prize.

  3. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 


  4. Should the prize not be claimed within 3 weeks a new winner will be selected.

The Prize 


  1. The prize is non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.

  1. By entering a competition, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions.
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to (i) cancel this promotion, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual’s entry, and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (using reasonable endeavours to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants). 

  3. The promoter will not pass on your details to any other company. 
  4. This promotion is a Label Planet Ltd promotion and is in no way endorsed or administered by any third party.
  5. The general terms and conditions and privacy policy of Label Planet Ltd also apply.
