Introducing The Stikins ® Labels School Fundraising Scheme

In addition to selling stick on name labels, we also run a school fundraising scheme. This scheme allows schools and PTAs to raise money by earning commission on sales of Stikins ® name labels.

Our fundraising scheme is designed to be easy, useful, rewarding, and cost-effective.

EASY SCHOOL FUNDRAISING:

Once you’ve signed up to our scheme, we allocate your school or PTA a unique fundraising number. Any order we receive where that number is quoted will earn commission for your school or PTA.

All you need to do is make sure parents know about Stikins ® name labels and your school fundraising number.

We supply free fundraising materials (like parent leaflets) for you to hand out to parents and we deal with parents directly when they order name labels from us. We track your commission earnings and send out a commission cheque in November each year.

REWARDING SCHOOL FUNDRAISING:

The Stikins ® labels school fundraising scheme has the highest name labels commission rate in the UK at 30%.

There is no joining fee or costs required to participate in our scheme.

USEFUL SCHOOL FUNDRAISING:

Our scheme is a really simple and stress-free way for schools and PTAs to raise money. It also has the additional benefit of promoting the use of name labels. This can help to seriously reduce the amount of lost property in school.

School uniform labels make it easier for pupils to keep track of their belongings. They also prevent lost property going unclaimed because pupils refuse to take items that – possibly – aren’t actually their belongings.

Joining The Stikins ® Name Labels Fundraising Scheme

To join our school fundraising scheme, you simply need to fill in our School Fundraising Requests Form. When signing up, you can request any of our free fundraising materials (including our School Fundraising Pack, Parent Leaflets, Posters, and Free Samples *).

We then allocate you with your unique school fundraising number and you let parents know about the scheme (and that all important number).

Every year, we give our fundraising partners the chance to request free personalised name labels for all of their new starters. These samples include five school labels for each new starter. Each set of stick on name labels is individually packed with instructions for use and a parent leaflet and then the samples are sent to the school for distribution.

If you have a link on the school or PTA website, you may request free samples for the ENTIRE school. This offer is available once per school but you can request samples for new starters every year.

To print the samples, we will need a list of names. Some schools request first name and surname, while others prefer an initial and surname. It is best to send these in an Excel spreadsheet with the first names in the first column and the surnames in the second column. If you are using initials, simply send the names in one column.

If you have requested a sample for the whole school, we will pack your name labels into class groups if you include these in your file.

We only use the file to print your sample school labels; once this has been done, the file is completely deleted from our systems.

We print free samples of school labels in May, June, and September. To request your free sample, simply fill in our School Requests Form and then email your list of names to us at [email protected].
