Free New Starter Samples To Kickstart Your School Fundraising

We’ve been running a school fundraising scheme since 2004. Our scheme is designed to provide schools and PTAs with a simple and easy way to raise funds all year round.

This year, we're offering free personalised samples for all of your new starters, which is a great way to encourage parents to label their children’s belongings and kickstart your fundraising with Stikins ® name labels.

What Is The Stikins ® Labels School Fundraising Scheme?

Our scheme allows schools, nurseries, PTAs, and children’s activity groups to raise funds by earning commission on sales of Stikins ® name labels. Every time a parent orders from us (and quotes your fundraising number), you earn commission. We pay out commission once a year, in November, which can be put towards your ongoing fundraising projects.

Stikins ® labels are stick on name labels that can be used to label school uniform and kit, along with clothing and personal belongings. They are made with a unique adhesive, which allows them to stay stuck on all kinds of items – even those that will be put through the washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, or kitchen sink. Our white labels are printed with a bold black font to ensure that the personalisation is clear and easy to read for kids of all ages. This helps kids to keep hold of their belongings in the busy classrooms, cloakrooms, and changing rooms at school – and makes it simple for items to be returned if they should go missing or get mixed up.

How Does The Stikins ® Labels School Fundraising Scheme Work?

Our fundraising scheme is completely free to join and participate. We offer fundraising that is easy, rewarding, and useful, runs all year round, and requires only a minimum amount of time and resources.

Here’s how it works:

• You sign up.
• We give you a unique school fundraising number.
  You can also request free parent leaflets and notice board posters. You can request any many leaflets as you like and re-order more as and when you need them.
• You let parents know about Stikins ® name labels and your fundraising number.
• Parents order directly from us and we deliver their name labels directly to them.
• We keep track of your commission earnings; commission is paid by cheque each November.

How Does The Free Samples Offer Work?

We are offering five personalised name labels for all of your new intake. Each sample is individually packed with a parent information leaflet and sent to the school for you to distribute to your new intake along with new starter packs.

The samples are completely free and the offer is available until the end of July.

To request your samples, simply fill in our Sign Up & Requests Form or email us. We ask that you send the names you want printing in an Excel spreadsheet. This spreadsheet is used only for the purpose of printing your samples and is deleted from our system once your samples have been printed and packed.

We have a full GDPR Statement on our website, which relates specifically to the information supplied to us by schools requesting free samples.

We also offer different formats so schools can request personalisation that suits their own GDPR requirements. For example, if you can’t or don’t wish to provide first names and surnames, you could request initials and surnames, first names and surnames, first name only,  first name and class, or initials and class.

How Do I Sign Up?

The simplest way to sign up is to fill in our online sign up and requests form, which can be found on our website here. You can also use this form to request fundraising materials (including our information pack, parent leaflets, notice board posters, and our school sample offer). We will then get in touch to let you know that you’re all set up – and to give you your all important school fundraising number.
