A very happy new year to all of our customers! Our offices are open again for a brand new year and we’ve been working our way through your festive orders and messages. Read on for a quick despatch and delivery update to find out when your name labels will arrive.

I’ve Already Ordered Name Labels & Want To Know When My Order Will Arrive

Your delivery date will depend on when you placed your order:

I Ordered Name Labels Before 3pm on Thursday 22^nd December 2022

Your name labels were printed and posted on or before Tuesday 22^nd December by Royal Mail’s first class service.

First class post does see delays over the Christmas period. Strike action took place on the 23^rd and 24^th December. This means that today is the seventh working day (sixth in Scotland), so your name labels should really have arrived by now.

I Ordered Name Labels After 3pm on Thursday 22^nd December 2022 But Before 9am on Tuesday 3^rd January 2023

Your name labels were printed and posted on Tuesday 3^rd January by Royal Mail’s first class service.

While most first class post arrives next day, this is not guaranteed and so items may take longer to arrive. We allow seven working days for delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived with Thursday’s post (12^th January), please get in touch so we can help.

I Ordered Name Labels After 9am on Tuesday 3^rd January 2023

We are printing and posting name labels as normal so your order is on its way to you.

You should have received two emails from us about your order. One confirms we have your order and one confirms that your name labels have been printed ready for posting. Please check your Junk/Spam folder if you can’t find these emails. If you still can’t find these emails, please get in touch so we can confirm the status of your order.

I’m About To Order Name Labels & Want To Know When My Order Will Arrive

We are printing and posting orders every working day (Monday to Friday). This means we will despatch all orders placed by 3pm, Monday to Friday, on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends, or during holidays (Bank Holidays, Easter, and Christmas) despatch next working day.

Our website will let you know your expected despatch date when you start and complete the order process.

We despatch all orders via Royal Mail’s first class service as standard and for free! While most first class post arrives next day, some items can take longer to arrive. If you need your name labels urgently, please contact our customer service team for help.

As ever you can order your name labels online or by phone. We offer four pack sizes of 30, 60, 90, or 120 name labels. Our 10% discount is still available when you order three or more packs. Your packs can be all the same, all different, or any mix that you prefer. Simply enter the name(s) you need printing, select your pack size(s), enter your delivery details, and pay. Job done!
