Production News: Happy New Year! Here’s Our 2020 Name Labels Despatch & Delivery Update!
A Happy New Year!
We hope you all had a very merry Christmas time & a wonderful New Year. We’re now open after our Christmas holidays, so here’s a quick update on our despatch and delivery times – whether you’re waiting for name labels to arrive or thinking of making an order today!
Name Labels Ordered Before Christmas
We have despatched all of the orders we received by 3pm on Friday 20th December. If you ordered name labels before Christmas, you will have received two emails from us – one confirming that we received your order and one confirming that we had printed and posted your order.
If you can’t find any emails from us, first check your spam / junk folder. If you still can’t find any emails you may have provided an incorrect email address or there may have been an issue with your order; please contact our Customer Service Team for help.
We post name labels using Royal Mail’s first class service as standard; this service does NOT guarantee next day delivery and may take up to five working days to arrive. Around the Christmas period, it can take longer for first class to be delivered.
If you don’t receive your order this week, please contact our Customer Service Team with your order number and/or postcode.
Name Labels Ordered Over Christmas
If you placed an order after 3pm on Friday 20th December and before 9am yesterday (Thursday 2nd January), your name labels were printed and posted yesterday by Royal Mail’s first class service. If they haven’t arrived yet, then your name labels are on their way to you!
Name Labels Ordered After Christmas
We have now returned to our usual despatch and delivery terms. All orders placed by 3pm, Monday to Friday, are despatched same day, while those placed after 3pm, over the weekend, or on Bank Holidays are despatched on the next working day.
Our FREE standard delivery service uses Royal Mail’s first class service. Around 93% of first class mail is delivered next day, with the rest usually taking a few days extra. However, as this is not a guaranteed delivery service, it is possible that items may take up to five working days to arrive.
Celebrate The New Year With A New Set Of Name Labels
You can order at any time using our online order form or by calling us during office hours (9am-5pm, Mon-Fri). For 2020, we will continue to offer four pack sizes at our 2019 prices. So you can choose 30 labels for £6.80, 60 labels for £9.50, 90 labels for £12.00, or 120 labels for £14.20.
We’re also continuing with our multi-pack discount; any order that contains three or more packs of name labels will automatically qualify for a 10% discount. If you don’t need three packs yourself, we are more than happy for customers to club together with friends and family to place an order that qualifies for the discount.
If you’ve got a school fundraising number from your child’s school or nursery, remember to quote it when you place your order and we will award commission to that school or nursery, which they can then put towards any ongoing projects that they are fundraising for this year.
