Despatch & Delivery Of Stikins® Name Labels For 2026

We're starting the new year with a quick review of all of our despatch and delivery information. So, if you need to order Stikins® name labels in 2026, here's all the delivery information you need to keep in mind!

How Quickly Do You Despatch Stikins® Name Labels?

We print name labels every day from Monday to Friday; our last print run of each day takes place at 3pm. This means that if you place your order by 3pm, Monday to Friday, we will despatch it same day. If you order after 3pm, over the weekend, or during a holiday, we will despatch your order on the next working day. Our holidays include Bank Holidays, the week after Easter Monday, and Christmas. 

When you order online, you will be shown the expected despatch date for your name labels as you checkout. 

How Quickly Will My Order Arrive?

We despatch Stikins® name labels by Royal Mail's first class service and delivery is included in our prices. Royal Mail advise that they aim to deliver first class items next day but items can take longer.

Based on Royal Mail's latest report (released Nov 25), around 73% of first class post arrives next day and around 96% arrives within three days.

We advise that most items do arrive within three days but items may take up to seven working days to arrive.

If you need your order urgently, we also offer Royal Mail's guaranteed next day delivery service. This service is only available by phone and we charge Royal Mail's fee, which is £8.40. Please note that this is a signed for service and will require a signature on delivery. 

How Will My Order Be Packaged?

We send orders of Stikins® name labels out in C5 envelopes (C4 for larger orders), which will fit safely through a standard letter box. 

Where orders have a total value of £70+, we use Royal Mail's signed for first class service for additional security.

If no-one is available to sign for your order, Royal Mail should attempt to deliver your order again on the next working day. If they are still unable to deliver your order to you, they should leave a "Something For You" card to let you know it is available to collect from your local collection office.

Where Do You Deliver Stikins® Name Labels?

We offer delivery to all addresses with a UK postcode. 

We do not offer delivery outside of the UK. If you need your name labels to be delivered to a non-UK address, you can either:

1. Have your order delivered to a UK address and arrange for it to be forwarded on yourself.
2. Order from our sister company Madebuy, via Amazon. Madebuy currently offer delivery to Ireland, Egypt, Turkey, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Spain, and Portugal. Please visit our Delivery Page for a direct link to the relevant Amazon link. 

What Should I Do If My Order Doesn't Arrive?

If your order doesn't arrive within seven working days, please get in touch to let us know. 

Please note: if you ordered name labels before 3pm on Friday 19th December 2025, your order should have arrived by now. Please contact us so we can assist you further.
