Our guide to ordering name tags this Christmas

There are only FIVE days left before we shut down for our Christmas Break, which means you have FIVE days left to place a last minute order for our sticky name tags! If you need to order name labels now (and you want them to arrive before Christmas), we’ve put together this set of FAQs as a guide to placing a last minute order before Christmas…

• When are you open this week?
  We are open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

• Can I order name tags for delivery BEFORE Christmas?
  Yes! We’ll be printing our stick on name tags every day this week.

• What delivery service do you offer?
  We use Royal Mail’s first class service and delivery is included in the prices you see on our website.
  Royal Mail do NOT guarantee that first class items will be delivered next day and it is likely that these items may be delayed at this time of year.

• So, when is the last despatch date for my order?
  3pm on WEDNESDAY: last despatch for orders being sent via standard delivery (Royal Mail’s first class service)

• Will you stop accepting orders before Christmas?
  NO but, if you order after our last despatch date, your name tags may NOT arrive before Christmas.
  
  Orders despatched via Royal Mail’s first class service that don’t arrive before Christmas will usually be delivered in the days after Christmas when service in your area resumes.

• How do I get in touch with you?

• What happens if I place an order after you close for Christmas?
  Nothing – until the office re-opens at 9am on Tuesday 2nd January 2018 and we start printing our sticky name tags again!

Please note: we are more than happy for customers to email us with questions and queries over the Christmas Holidays BUT we will NOT be able to answer any enquiries until the office reopens in January when we will do our best to answer as quickly as we possibly can.
