If you’ve placed an order for name labels but haven’t received them yet, please read on for our New Year’s despatch and delivery FAQs.
I Ordered Name Labels Before Christmas But They Haven’t Arrived Yet – Where Are They?
All orders received before 3pm on Friday 21st December have been despatched; you should have received an email confirming that your order was despatched (you may need to check your spam folder).
If you have not received any emails from us you may have provided an incorrect email address, our emails may have been sent to your spam folder, or there may have been an issue with your order – please contact our Customer Service Team for further assistance.
Orders despatch via Royal Mail’s first class service as standard; this is NOT a guaranteed service and items can take up to five working days to arrive – around the Christmas period, items can take a few days extra.
Contact our Customer Service Team with your order number and/or postcode if your order hasn't arrived.
If you upgraded to special delivery and received an email confirming despatch of your order, you should have received your order by now. Please contact our Customer Service Team for further assistance.
I Ordered Name Labels Over Christmas – Where Are They?
We printed and despatched orders placed during our Christmas break on Wednesday 2nd January. So, if they haven't arrived yet, they are on their way!
I Want To Order Name Labels Now – When Will They Arrive?
Our usual despatch and delivery information applies to new orders. We print name labels every day (Monday to Friday) up to 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm or over the weekend will be printed on the next working day.
Standard delivery: this is included in the prices you see on our website and uses Royal Mail’s First Class service. This is NOT a guaranteed service; while around 93% of first class post arrives next day, delivery can take up to five working days.
Please note: we send orders worth £34+ via Royal Mail’s Signed For First Class service, which requires Royal Mail to collect a signature upon delivery.
Special delivery: you can upgrade to our special delivery service online or by phone. We use Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed service, which guarantees delivery by 1pm on the next working day. The service costs £6.30 (which is what Royal Mail charges us) and you need to order by 3pm so we have time to print and post your order same day.

You can order Stikins in THREE ways:
- Online: head on over to our website and use our simple order form to place your order. Let us know the name(s) you need printing, how many name labels you need, and your delivery information. You can pay using a credit/debit card or your PayPal account.
- Phone: give our Customer Service Team a call on 01270 668076 (our office hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday). Let us know the details of the pack(s) you’d like to order and your delivery information. You can pay using a credit/debit card.
- Post: fill in the order form on our Parent Leaflets. Post it to us along with a cheque for payment.
