How To Magic Up Perfectly Printed Personalisation On Your Name Labels

When you order from Stikins®, you can personalise your name labels as you wish. However, there are some tips and tricks you can use to magic up the perfect personalisation for your little princes and princesses.

  • The more characters you add, the smaller your font size will be - so keep things short and sweet!
  • If you need 12 characters or fewer in total, you'll get a bigger font size using our one line layout. For anything longer, we recommend using our two line layout.
  • If you have longer names, try using initials to keep things shorter.
  • For closed environments (like a school or office), a simple name is probably enough for items to be returned. For journeys further afield, you can add a piece of contact information to make sure items can be returned. A phone number works best but you can also use a short email.
  • You can also add other pieces of information to make your name labels even more useful. For example, you could add a room number for a nursing home resident, medical or allergy information in case of an emergency, or a friendly message (like I Belong To).
  • If you get a bit creative with your personalisation, you can create packs to share between multiple family members. For example, you could add one name per line, add both names and share, use an initial and a surname, or use a family name or nickname (such as Team Surname!).

Remember, our online order form features a handy magic mirror (print preview) so you can try out a few options and find the slipper (personalisation) that fits best!
