Holidays: We’re Hopping Off For Easter – Hoppy Holidays!
We’ll be closing shortly for our annual Easter break. This year, we are closing at 5pm today and will re-open at 9am on Monday 17th April. So, if you’re thinking of ordering name labels soon (or are waiting for an order to arrive), here’s a quick hop-date about our despatch and delivery times over Easter.
Easter Name Labels Despatch & Delivery Times
As our regular customers will know, we take an extended break over Easter to recharge before the summer rush. Our Easter break for 2023 will start at 5pm today and will end at 9am on Monday 17th April. Our last print run will take place at 3pm today. We will print and post orders placed after this time (but before we re-open) on 25th April.
So, if you’re after a batch of Easter name labels, here’s the despatch and delivery information to keep in mind:
Orders placed before 3pm today
We will print and post your order this afternoon. Our standard delivery service uses Royal Mail’s first class post. This is not a guaranteed service and we are currently advising that orders may take up to seven working days to arrive.
Please check your address details carefully to make sure it is correct. You can check your address in the checkout AND in your confirmation email. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your junk/spam folder, just in case!
Orders placed after 3pm today but before 9am on Monday 17th April
We will print and post your order when we re-open on 17th April. Your order will be posted out by Royal Mail’s first class service. Please make sure you double check your address carefully to make sure we have the correct information.
If you spot an error in your order (either in your email, delivery address, or personalisation), please email us the correct details as quickly as you can.
Orders placed after 9am on Monday 17th April
We will print and post your order according to our normal despatch and delivery times. We despatch orders received by 3pm (Mon-Fri) on the same day. Orders received after 3pm or during weekends and holidays are posted on the next working day. We use Royal Mail’s first class post as our standard delivery service – which is free!
