Holidays: Happy Easter 2019 Despatch & Delivery Update
Today we will be closing for an extended Easter break so here’s a quick reminder of our despatch & delivery information for Easter orders of name labels – along with some free Easter activities for all the family.
Name Labels Despatch & Delivery For Easter 2019
Any orders we receive by 3pm today will be despatched this afternoon; standard delivery uses Royal Mail’s first class service (which can take up to five working days to arrive).
Orders received after 3pm will be despatched on Monday 29th April.
Please note that our customer service team will not be available to respond to any question or queries (by phone, email, post, or social media) after 5pm today until 9am on Monday 29th April.
Once we return, we will prioritise the printing and posting of orders placed over our Easter break. We will then work through any messages that we have received.
If you place an order over the Easter Break and you subsequently need to cancel or amend it in anyway (including your delivery details and the personalisation you have requested), please send an email to [email protected] with your order number and/or postcode along with the details of what needs to be done to correct your order.
