How do I order personalised name labels?

You can order online or by phone (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm). We also accept orders from groups and organisations (e.g. schools, nurseries, nursing homes and residential care facilities, activity groups etc) via email.

What should I do if I make a mistake on my order?

Get in touch with us as soon as you can. We aim for same day despatch wherever possible, which means that you'll need to alert us to any mistakes as quickly as possible. As you checkout you will have the opportunity to review the details of your order AND you will receive a confirmation email - please check through these details to confirm that all of the details are correct, including your personalisation, contact information, and delivery information.
