FAQs – Ordering Stikins ® Name Labels From Label Planet

Here at Label Planet, we designed our stick on name labels with busy families in mind, which means we’ve tried to make our products AND our services as useful and simple as possible – so you have more time (and money) to get on with the important things in life.

Ordering name labels and labelling school uniform and equipment is never going to be the most fun task that parents have to deal with over the summer holidays BUT name labels are an incredibly simple way to avoid the hassle of a child returning from school missing an all-important item of their school uniform (or one of those essential “extras” that they simply can’t do without). So, to avoid the tears and tantrums (and the subsequent lightening of your purse or wallet) that go hand in hand with lost property, here’s a quickfire FAQ to guide you through the process of ordering Stikins ® name labels from Label Planet.

HOW DO I ORDER NAME LABELS FROM LABEL PLANET?
You can order Stikins ® name labels online, by phone, or by post.

Online
Visit stikins.co.uk and click on the “Buy Stikins ®” button; enter the text you want printed on your name labels and select a pack size (if you are ordering the Stikins ® Name Label Kit, leave the text fields blank). Add your pack of name labels to your basket and then choose whether you want to add another pack (“Enter More Names”) or to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and make payment by debit/credit card or by Paypal.
Double check the confirmation page and/or confirmation email to make sure that all of the details you have provided for your order are correct.

By Phone
Call us on 01270 668076; our Customer Service Team is available Monday to Friday (9am-5pm). Let us know what packs you would like to order (and the text you would like printed on each one), your delivery information, and make payment by debit card or credit card.

By Post
Fill in the order form on the back of our Parent Leaflet; we send out a leaflet with every order and you can download a digital copy from our website – leaflets are also handed out by schools who have joined our Fundraising Scheme. Let us know what packs you would like to order and the text you would like printed on each one, along with your delivery information. Post your order form to us along with a cheque for payment to Wilbraham House, Unit 2 Alvaston Business Park, Middlewich Road, Nantwich, Cheshire, CW5 6PF.

WHAT TEXT SHOULD I PUT ON MY NAME LABELS?
It’s up to you to decide what you want printing on your name labels but we do have a few tips to help you decide:

  • Most customers request a first name (top line) and a surname (bottom line) OR a full name (top line) and a phone number (bottom line).
  • We recommend that you request no more than two pieces of information – you could choose a piece of contact information, a class/form/year name, a medical/allergy alert (e.g. Nut Allergy), or a friendly message (e.g. “Please Return To” // “This Belongs To”).
  • Our name labels are one size only and the font size will be reduced to allow your text to fit neatly within those dimensions (30mm wide by 15mm high), so you should try to keep things short and sweet. We recommend adding no more than 15-20 characters per line; while you can enter more characters than this, you will find that the font size is significantly smaller.
  • We can only print alphanumerical characters and basic punctuation marks; we cannot print images or emoji.
  • We cannot split packs between different names or text; every label within a particular pack is printed with the same text. You can, however, be a bit creative with the text you request so that you can share the labels (e.g. adding a surname only or including all of the names) OR you can opt for our Stikins ® Name Label Kit, which contains 60 blank labels and a pen so you can personalise each label as you wish.
  • If you want to leave one line blank, please use the space bar on your keyboard to add a single blank space to the text box for that line.

WHAT IS A SCHOOL FUNDRAISING NUMBER?
We run a Fundraising Scheme for schools and PTAs (and other groups), which allows them to raise money by earning commission on sales of name labels. They are assigned a unique fundraising number and any order we receive where that number is quoted will earn commission for the school, which they can then use for any ongoing projects or fundraising targets that they are working towards.

If your school has given you a fundraising number to quote, simply enter the number into the Fundraising Number box at the bottom of the product page (just above the “Add to basket” button), quote the number when you order by phone, or fill in the Fundraising Number box on the order form. If you forget to add your school’s fundraising number you can get in touch with us by phone or email and we can add the number to your order retroactively.

Please note that the Fundraising Number is NOT a discount code; quoting the number means that your order will help to raise money for your child’s school and does not apply a discount to your order when you checkout.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY LABELS TO ARRIVE?
We print name labels every day so any order we receive by 3pm will be printed and despatched same day – orders placed after 3pm, over the weekend, or on a bank holiday will be printed and despatched on the next working day.

All of our UK orders are despatched via Royal Mail’s first class service as standard; around 93% of these items are delivered on the next (working) day, with the rest taking a day or two extra depending on the service level in your area.

I NEED MY LABELS URGENTLY – CAN YOU HELP?
We know that it’s all too easy to forget to order name labels or to find that you’ve not ordered enough to get EVERYTHING labelled, which may mean that you end up needing your labels in a hurry. In addition to despatching orders same or next working day, we also offer a guaranteed next day delivery service; this guarantees that your order will be delivered next day by 1pm and costs £5.75. We must receive your order before 4pm so we have time to make and despatch your name labels same day and so you can only request this service by phone.

I’VE MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER – WHAT SHOULD I DO?
When you complete an order online, you will be directed to a confirmation page showing the details of your order AND you will receive a copy of that page in a confirmation email (along with an email from Sagepay, our payment gateway provider, confirming that your payment has gone through successfully). We STRONGLY recommend that you read through the confirmation page or email to make sure that all of the details in your order are correct because, as we state on our product pages, “WE WILL PRINT EXACTLY WHAT YOU ENTER”.

If you find a mistake, simply get in touch with us as soon as possible to let us know – you can give us a call or simply send us an email with the corrections that you need making and we’ll get your order updated on your behalf.

Name Label FAQs – Packs, Prices, & Payment Methods

With a new year underway, we thought we’d put together a quick and simple list of all of the answers to our most frequently asked questions about our packs, prices, and payment methods.

What pack sizes are available?
We currently offer four different packs, with four or two pack sizes available for each as follows:

What do I get in a pack of labels?
Our Stikins ® and silver labels are sent out in packs made up of sheets with 30 name labels per sheet (six rows of five labels); each pack is placed into its own plastic wallet, which has a copy of our Instructions For Use printed on the back. Our Trons ® name transfers are sent out in packs made up of sheets with 35 transfers per sheet (seven rows of five transfers); each pack is placed into its own plastic wallet, which also contains an Instructions For Use sheet and two sheets of silicon (to be used when applying your Trons ®) for each sheet in your pack.

Can I split a pack between different names?
No; every label within a pack must be printed with the same information. You can, however, request text that will allow you to share labels amongst two or more people. For example:

  • Request a surname only to share labels between family members (or an initial and a surname if possible)
  • Request two names (one on each line) and cut your labels in half
  • Request two names as “Name 1 & Name 2” or “Name 1 Or Name 2” and share
  • Request blank labels or a blank line so you can write in the name you need (with a laundry pen)
    Use the spacebar on your keyboard to enter a single blank space in the line(s) that you want leaving blank.

How much does a pack of labels cost?
Our prices for 2017 are as follows:

N120, SN120, T140: £13.50 N60, SN60, T70: £9.00 M240: £20.00
N90, SN90, T105: £11.50 N30, SN30, T35: £6.50 M120: £11.50

Please note that we have increased prices this year; we feel that this is a fair price for our current products as we have invested in making sure that our name labels are made with the best and most advanced materials (to ensure they work as effectively as possible for our customers) and we do not increase our prices every year just for the sake of it. Our last price increase was in October 2013 (40 months ago).

 What is included in your prices?
All of our prices include both VAT and standard UK shipping.

Do I have to pay for shipping?
Our prices included standard UK shipping so you won’t have to pay any extra for shipping UNLESS:

  • You choose to upgrade to our guaranteed next (working) day delivery service for £5.75.
  • You choose to have your labels delivered to a non-UK address; shipping is charged at £1.50 per pack and we currently offer delivery to the following countries:
    Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Channel Islands, Corsica, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey

Do you offer any discounts?
At the moment, we are currently running a special offer of a 10% discount on ANY order for FOUR or more packs. If you add four (or more) packs to your basket, a 10% discount will automatically be applied to your order when you checkout.
From time to time, we may offer other discounts as part of limited time only offers; we will advertise these offers on our website, blog, social media pages, and via email to customers who have opted to receive such emails from us.

We also offer a 15% discount to nursing homes and residential care home facilities who wish to order name labels in bulk on behalf of their residents – please contact our Customer Service Team for more information.

What is the most cost effective pack to order?
Our larger packs (N120, SN120, T140, M240) are the most cost effective options as they have a lower price per label than our smaller packs AND you don’t have to use all of your labels at once – so you can use some and then store the rest away for future use.
You must store your name labels in a suitable place to ensure that they retain their original quality; we recommend keeping them in their original packing and putting them somewhere dry, out of direct sunlight, and preferably at room temperature.

We also recommend choosing our Stikins ® name labels; these multipurpose name labels can be used to label clothing and fabric items AND personal items, which means you only need to buy the one pack to be able to label all of your items.

How do I (order and) pay for my name labels?
We offer a variety of payment methods, depending on the way you choose to place your order:
Ordering online: order at any time and pay by credit/debit card or via PayPal
Ordering by phone: order Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) and pay by credit/debit card
Ordering by post: order at any time and pay by cheque

FAQ – How Do I Order Name Labels From Label Planet?

You can order in a number of ways, so it’s completely up to you to choose the option that is most convenient for you; we can accept orders via our website, over the phone, by post, or even by email.

To Place An Order Online:

  1. Visit our website at stikins.co.uk and click on “Buy Stikins ®” to start your order with a pack of Stikins ® name labels or click on “Buy Trons ®” to start with a pack of Trons ® iron-on name transfers.
  2. Select the pack you want to buy and enter the text you require as follows:
    Select if you want your text on one line or on two lines
    (We recommend using two lines unless you are entering a single name (e.g. just a surname) or a very short full name. Our name labels are made to one size only and will not expand to incorporate a larger number of characters; instead, our system will count up the number of characters you have requested and will reduce the font size until it reaches a size that will allow all of those characters to fit on your labels).
    Enter the text you want into the boxes provided (“Enter Line 1” and/or “Enter Line 2”)
    (To request blank labels or to leave one line blank, simply enter a blank space in the relevant box using the space bar on your keyboard).
    Select the pack size you want
    Enter your school fundraising number
    (Registered schools and groups earn up to 30% commission on orders where their fundraising number is quoted; this number may already be filled in if you have followed a link from the school or group website. If you do not know the code for your child’s school or group (or if they are even registered), enter the name of the school or group in the “Additional Information” box as you checkout and we will check/add this for you).
    Click “Add to basket” to add that pack to your basket!
  1. From the shopping basket, you can add another pack (click on “Enter More Names”, or on the “Buy Stikins ®” or “Buy Trons ®” buttons), request multiple packs with the details you have already entered (type the number you require into the “Quantity” box and click “Update Totals”), or remove a pack you have already entered (check the “Select” box and click “Delete”).
    Once you are happy with the packs you have added to your basket (and you’ve taken a moment to double check the details), click on the “Checkout” button to enter your billing/shipping information and to pay for your order.
  1. Enter your address and contact information. If you wish to enter a separate delivery address, enter your billing address first and then check the “shipping address” box to add your different delivery address.
    We will only use your contact information for the purpose of processing your order and keeping you up to date with its progress; from time to time we do send promotional emails to let our customers know about any new products and/or offers that are available – to request that we do NOT send you any promotional emails, simply uncheck the “Allow Promotional Emails” box.
    If you have any extra queries or requirements, you can use the “Additional Information” box to add a note to your order, which our customer service team will do their best to assist with.
  1. Payment for online orders can be made with either a credit or debit card or with a PayPal account.

To Place An Order By Phone:

  1. Contact our customer service team on 01270 668076 (opening hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm).
  2. Let us know the packs you would like to order and the text you want on each.
  3. Let us know your delivery address and give us your child’s school or group fundraising number (if you have one).
  4. Payment for phone orders can be made with either a credit card or debit card.
    Please note, we do not accept payment by American Express.

To Place An Order By Post:

  1. Postal orders can be made using the Order Form on the back of our Parent Leaflets; you may have one of these if you have ordered from us in the past or if you have been given one by a school or group – if you haven’t got one (or if the one you did have has gone missing), you can download a copy to print off from our website here: Parent Leaflets.
    Of course, you can also simply send us a letter, providing the details of what you want to order along with your delivery details!
  1. Enter the text you want in the boxes provided (“Line 1” and “Line 2”), enter the quantity you need, and the code for the pack size you want to order, then add your delivery information in the two boxes provided (“Name” and “Address & Postcode”). You can also use the “Price” boxes to work out the total for your order.
  2. Payment for postal orders must be made by cheque; please make your cheque payable to “Label Planet Ltd”.

To Place An Order By Email: 
We do allow some customers to order by email if they are bulk ordering on behalf of a group or organisation (for example, if you are ordering on behalf of a school or a residential care or nursing home).

  1. Send us an email with the details of the items you would like to order, along with your delivery details.
  2. Please send the names to be printed in an Excel spreadsheet, with the first names in the first column and the surnames in the second column (or, for care facilities, you may wish to enter the names in the first column and each resident’s room number in the second column).
  3. We will issue you with a Pro-Forma Invoice, against which payment can be made by cheque, debit or credit card, or BACS transfer.
    Please note that we operate on a “payment with order” system and do not offer any credit accounts.

FAQ – How Do I Order Name Labels From Label Planet?

We like to keep things simple so we try to make sure our customers can easily order their name labels in a way that is convenient for them. We accept orders online, by phone, and by post (and for bulk orders from organisations such as schools and nursing or residential care homes we also accept orders by email or fax).

How To Order Online
The majority of our customers order their name labels online from our website, where you can place an order at any time, day or night! Simply select the product(s) you want to purchase, enter the text you want printing, and choose the pack size you prefer. You can pay with a credit or debit card or use your PayPal account.

We highly recommend taking a look at our site even if you know that you’re going to order by phone or by post; our site features a number of useful resources including FAQs, more detailed information about what our products are like and how they work, the latest pricing and delivery information, a blog of useful tips for getting the very best out of your name labels, and downloads of our Instructions For Use and Order Form (in case you need a spare!).

How To Order By Phone
Our Customer Service team is available to take orders by phone between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Simply give us a call to let us know what you’d like to order and we’ll get your order processed for you. You can pay by credit or debit card; if you’ve ordered from us before keep your previous order number to hand for a quick and easy re-order (with or without amends!).

Please note that we are unable to accept American Express cards.

How To Order By Post
If you’d rather order by post you can simply fill in one of our Order Forms or list the details of what you’d like to order in a letter and post this to us along with a cheque for payment.

How To Order By Email/Fax (Schools/Nursing Homes Only)
Schools and nursing homes are welcome to order from us directly – whether they need to purchase labels on behalf of their students or residents OR they want to purchase name labels for their own use (e.g. to label up equipment that belongs to the school or nursing home).

Schools: send the details of the labels you want to order by email or by fax. For bulk orders, please email the names to us in a spreadsheet with the first names in the first column and the surnames in the second column.
You may request either a Proforma Invoice (for payment with order) or a School Invoice (30 days payment); payment can be made by credit or debit card, BACS transfer, or cheque.

Nursing/Residential Care Homes: send the details of the labels you want to order by email or by fax. For bulk orders, please email the names (and room numbers, if you wish to include these) to us in a spreadsheet with the first names (or full names) in the first column and the surnames (or room numbers) in the second column.
We will send you a Proforma Invoice against which payment can be made by credit or debit card, BACS transfer, or cheque. Please note that we are also happy to offer nursing or residential care homes a discount when they order from us directly; please get in touch with us for more information.

Yup, it’s another FAQ special and once more we’re delving into all your questions about money – or rather, your questions about money relating specifically to our name labels…

Where can I find out what your name labels cost?
The best place to look is on our website. Currently our prices are as follows:

N30 / SN30 / T35: £6.00
N60 / SN60 / T70: £8.50
N90 / SN90 / T105: £10.50
N120 / SN120 / T140: £12.50

We also supply re-order forms with each order and send parent leaflets to our commission partners that do include pricing information but the prices (and products!) listed may be out of date – so it’s always best to double check on our website.

What do your prices include?
All of our prices include VAT and standard UK delivery.
Standard UK delivery is via Royal Mail’s first class service (please note that this is NOT a guaranteed next day delivery service).

Do I have to pay extra for shipping?
Not if you’re in the UK and you’re happy with our standard delivery option.

If you need to receive your labels urgently, you can choose to upgrade to a guaranteed next working day delivery service for £5.75 (please note that this service does require a signature upon delivery). If you want to upgrade your order then you will need to place your order by phone.

While the majority of our name labels are despatched to UK addresses, we can also ship to a limited number of countries outside of the UK; if you wish to nominate a non-UK address for delivery, you will be charged £1.50 per item for postage.

Can I get a discount?
It depends. From time to time we do run discounts and special offers. Details of these offers will be posted on Twitter, Facebook, and our blog, and we will usually email existing customers to let them know that the discount or offer is available (where customers have opted to receive these emails from us).

We are also happy to offer a 10% discount to nursing and residential care homes who order name labels directly from us on behalf of their residents. Care homes can read more about our products on our website or simply get in touch for more information or to place an order.

What if I need to buy multiple packs? Do I get a discount then?
Possibly! We are currently running a special offer on orders for multiple packs; if you purchase four or more packs in one order you will automatically receive a 10% discount.

Can I save money by splitting a pack between two or more names?
Yes and no. While we cannot split a pack between different names, we are happy for customers to find ways to share a pack between two or more family members.

Common examples include using a family surname only, entering one full name on the top line and one full name on the bottom line and cutting the labels in two, entering the first name/initial followed by the surname followed by the second name/initial and cutting off one of the names/initials, or simply entering both first names on the top line and sharing the labels.

Which pack size is the most cost effective?
Our larger pack sizes offer the best value for money and both our Stikins ® and our Trons ® can be stored away, so you can use however many labels you need at the current time and then save the rest for future use.

We advise that you keep your labels in their original packaging and store them in a dry place at room temperature out of direct sunlight; our Stikins ® are at their best for the first two years and our Trons ® for the first five years.

What payment methods are available?
It depends on how you place your order:
Online Orders: credit/debit card or PayPal account
Phone Orders: credit/debit card (not American Express)
Post Orders: cheque
Phone/Email Orders: request a proforma invoice and make payment by credit/debit card, cheque, or BACS transfer.

Last year I got a discount/offer code/combination pack – why can’t I see it on your website anymore?
Our discounts and offers have expiry dates, which means that once the discount or offer has expired it simply isn’t available anymore. When we promote our discounts and offers we will try to ensure that the expiry date is clearly marked and we will usually post reminders on our blog and social media sites to make sure that customers are aware that an offer or discount is coming to a close.

How Can I Place An Order For Name Labels From Label Planet? Let Us Count The Ways…

While most of our customers are perfectly happy to order online and, indeed, find it much quicker to do so, we also know that others want to be able to talk to someone before they place their order, some are much happier placing a postal order, and then there are those who want to place bulk orders on behalf of a group or need to order via a finance department and therefore need to confirm the details of their order via email.

Here at Label Planet, we are happy to take orders in all of these ways, so that our customers can always order the labels they want in a way that they find is simplest for them. The payment methods available do depend on the way in which you choose to place your order, so here’s a guide to help you work out how you would prefer to place your order.

Order Online: Payment is via credit/debit card or you can choose to use a PayPal account.

Order By Phone: Payment is via credit/debit card only (we do not accept American Express).

If you need to receive your order urgently and would like to upgrade to a next day delivery option, then you will need to place your order by phone (or by email, see below).

Order By Post: Payment is by cheque only.

Every order is supplied with a reorder form (also available to download from our website), which you can use to order your name labels by post.

Order By Email: Payment of a proforma invoice via credit/debit card, BACS transfer, or cheque.

If you need to order multiple sets of name labels on behalf of a group or submit an order via your finance department, you will need to get in touch with us and send the details of the items you wish to order via email.

It’s been a while since our last FAQ special so we thought it was high time we did another! And seeing as it’s the start of a brand new year and everyone (and their wallets) are recovering from the indulgence (and overindulgence) of Christmas and the New Year, we thought a good topic would be all things related to prices and payments.

We’ve tried to make things as simple and straightforward as possible, so you can order your name labels when and how you please. We provide customers with a variety of ways to order and pay for their labels, so we’ve hopefully got an option to suit everyone.

Where can I find your prices?
Our prices are listed on our website and on our Information Leaflets.
Standard packs are priced as follows:
N30 / T35: £6.00
N60 / T70: £8.50
N90 / T105: £10.50
N120 / T140: £12.50
Combination packs are priced as follows:
NT65 (N30 + T35): £8.50
NT130 (N60 + T70): £12.50
NT195 (N90 + T105): £16.00
NT260 (N120 + T140): £19.00
[While we always keep our Information Leaflets fully up to date, we are aware that some schools and customers may have old copies of leaflets with out of date prices. Please check the website for current prices as we cannot honour out of date pricing information.]

What do your prices include?
Our prices include VAT and standard UK delivery.
Standard UK delivery is via Royal Mail’s first class service.

Do I have to pay extra for anything?
Only if you wish to upgrade your shipping or have your order delivered outside of the UK.
If you order by phone, you may request a Guaranteed Next Working Day delivery option.
If you order items to be shipped outside of the UK, postage will be charged at £1.50 per item.

Are you running any discounts or offers?
Not at the moment. Any discounts or offers will be announced via our blog, Facebook and Twitter pages, or via email to existing customers.

I need sets for my X number of children. Can I have a discount?
No. Currently we do not offer any multipack discounts. For customers with multiple children, you may either purchase a pack (or packs) for each child or you may purchase a pack (or packs) to be shared between your children.
Please note that we cannot print different names within a single pack; each label within a pack is printed with the same information. However, we are more than happy for customers to include more than one name per label or to use a family name only in order to share the labels between children. 

What’s the most cost effective pack to order?
Our largest packs offer the best cost per label prices; N120, T140, or NT260.
If you keep your labels in their original packaging and store them safely in a dry place at room temperature, you can use up as many labels as you need at the current time and then save the rest for future use. When stored appropriately, our name labels retain their quality and efficiency for two (STIKINS ® name labels) or five (TRONS ® name transfers) years.

Do I have to order through the website?
No. You can also place your order over the phone or by post.

What are my payment options?
We provide a variety of payment options, depending on how you order.
ONLINE ORDERS: payment by PayPal or debit/credit card

I work for a school/nursery/organisation. Can I get a discount?
While we don’t offer discounts to schools and other organisations, we do run a commission scheme, which allows schools, nurseries and other organisations to earn commission on sales of STIKINS ® name labels and TRONS ® name transfers where their unique code is quoted.
Any time a parent, guardian, or member affiliated with a particular school, nursery or group orders from us and quotes that organisation’s unique code, their order will generate up to 25% commission for their nominated group.

I work for a nursing/residential care facility. Can I get a discount?
Yes. We are happy to offer a 10% discount to nursing home and residential care facilities when they order directly from us. To receive your discount, simply get in touch and let us know the items you would like to order so we can process the discount for you.

We are also happy for these facilities to join our commission scheme (as mentioned above). You would be allotted a unique code to allow you to earn commission on any orders placed by residents or relatives/friends ordering on behalf of residents.

FAQ – Do I Have To Order Online?

We know that people like to order in different ways and that what’s convenient for one person isn’t necessarily convenient for another. With this in mind, we are happy to announce that we can accept orders in a number of different ways, so all you need to do is pick the one that suits you best:

BY POST
Simply fill in our Order Form and post it to us along with a cheque or postal order for payment.
Order Forms are included with each order, are available to download from our website, and are also provided to schools who sign up to our commission scheme.

BY PHONE
Call us on 01270 668076 with the details of your order and a debit/credit card for payment.
[Please note that we do not accept American Express.]

BY EMAIL
If you are requesting a bulk order on behalf of an organisation, you can place your order by email (info@labelplanet.co.uk). Get in touch with us by phone or email first to discuss your requirements and then send us the details of your order by email. We can accept payment over the phone by debit/credit card or issue you with a Proforma Invoice against which you can make payment.

Ordering STIKINS ® From Label Planet

You can order STIKINS ® in the following ways:

1. From our website.
– Select “New STIKINS ®” or “Original “H”-shaped STIKINS ®”, the number of lines you require (1 line or 2 lines) and enter the text you want us to print.
Each line must be entered once and then re-entered on the line below. Select the pack size you want and enter your School Commission Code (if applicable).
– Payment is by Paypal, credit card, or debit card.

2. Order by phone.
– Call us on 01270 668076 and let us know which pack(s) you would like to order, the text you want printed on them, your school reference (if applicable), and your delivery address.
– Payment is by credit or debit card.

3. Fill in one of our STIKINS ® order forms.
– If you have an order form from a previous order or from your school, simply identify the pack(s) you would like to order, the text you want printed on them, your school reference (if applicable), and your delivery address.
– Payment is by cheque (payable to “Label Planet Ltd”) and forms should be posted to Label Planet Ltd, Unit 2, Alvaston Business Park, Nantwich CW5 6PF.

STIKINS ® Name Label Website – Payment Update – UPDATED

A number of customers are having problems paying via SagePay on our website.

SagePay have confirmed that they are currently experiencing some authorisation issues and are working to get this fixed.
You can still pay for your STIKINS ® by selecting “PayPal” as the payment option.

We’ll keep you updated as we know more.
