While most of our customers are perfectly happy to order online and, indeed, find it much quicker to do so, we also know that others want to be able to talk to someone before they place their order, some are much happier placing a postal order, and then there are those who want to place bulk orders on behalf of a group or need to order via a finance department and therefore need to confirm the details of their order via email.
Here at Label Planet, we are happy to take orders in all of these ways, so that our customers can always order the labels they want in a way that they find is simplest for them. The payment methods available do depend on the way in which you choose to place your order, so here’s a guide to help you work out how you would prefer to place your order.
Order Online: Payment is via credit/debit card or you can choose to use a PayPal account.
Order By Phone: Payment is via credit/debit card only (we do not accept American Express).
If you need to receive your order urgently and would like to upgrade to a next day delivery option, then you will need to place your order by phone (or by email, see below).
Order By Post: Payment is by cheque only.
Every order is supplied with a reorder form (also available to download from our website), which you can use to order your name labels by post.
Order By Email: Payment of a proforma invoice via credit/debit card, BACS transfer, or cheque.
If you need to order multiple sets of name labels on behalf of a group or submit an order via your finance department, you will need to get in touch with us and send the details of the items you wish to order via email.
