A very happy new year from all of us at Stikins ® name labels! We hope you all had a wonderful break and are looking forward to the coming year. Here’s our traditional despatch and delivery update as we step into 2022!

Despatch & Delivery Of 2022 Name Label Orders

We re-opened on Tuesday (4^th January) and have now worked our way through orders placed over the Christmas holidays. This means that all new orders are now being despatched and delivered according to our normal service levels.

We print name labels every week day (Monday to Friday), with our last print run at 3pm. This means that we offer same day despatch on all orders received by 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm (or over the weekend, on Bank Holidays, or during Christmas and Easter) are despatched on the next working day.

We offer delivery to addresses with a UK postcode; delivery is free and uses Royal Mail’s first class service. Royal Mail aim to deliver first class items on the next (working) day. However, as first class mail is not a guaranteed service, orders may take up to seven working days to arrive.

Despatch & Delivery Of 2021 Christmas Name Label Orders

We despatched orders placed between 3pm on Wednesday 22^nd December and 9am on Tuesday 4^th January on Tuesday.

These orders were posted via Royal Mail’s first class service. If you haven’t received your order yet, it is on its way! If you do not receive your order by Thursday 13^th January, please get in touch to let us know.

Despatch & Delivery Of Pre-Christmas Name Label Orders

We despatched all orders placed by 3pm on Wednesday 22^nd December before we closed for our Christmas break.

If you ordered before this time, your order should have arrived by now. Please email our Customer Service Team with your order number (or postcode) so e can investigate for you.

Order Name Labels Today     

If you would like to place a new order for the new year, you can:

• Order any time online using our online order form. Simply let us know the names and pack sizes you require, enter your email and address, and make payment. You can pay using a credit/debit card, PayPal, or ApplePay.
• Order by phone during office hours. Our Customer Service Team is on hand Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. You can pay using a credit/debit card.
