Production News: Start The New Year With Our Despatch & Delivery Update
A very Happy New Year to all of our customers. We are back in the office and we’ve put together a short despatch and delivery update. Read on to find out when your name labels will arrive – whether you ordered in 2023 or 2024!
I Ordered Before 3pm On Thursday 21st December 2023 – Where Are My Name Labels?
We printed and posted your name labels by Royal Mail's first class service last year. We allow seven working days for delivery and so your name labels should have arrived by now.

I Ordered After 3pm On Thursday 21st December 2023 – Where Are My Name Labels?
Your name labels are on their way to you via Royal Mail’s first class service. Currently, around 75% of first class items arrive on the next working day. The rest can take a few extra days; we advise that items may take up to seven working days to arrive.
If you do not receive your name labels after seven working days, please get in touch to let us know.
I Want To Order Now – When Will My Name Labels Be Despatched & Delivered?
We are printing and posting name labels every week day up to 3pm (Monday to Friday). This means that we will despatch your order on the same day if you order by 3pm (Mon-Fri). We will despatch your order on the next working day if you order after 3pm or over the weekend.
We use Royal Mail’s first class service for delivery. Currently, they deliver around 75% of first class post on the next working day. The rest usually takes a few days extra but items can take up to seven working days for despatch.

You can order name labels anytime online through our website or by phone during office hours (9am-5pm, Mon-Fri).
